The Presidential election in the Republic of Guinea, scheduled for Sunday October 18, 2020 has spawned violence by the Guinean Paramilitary, Armed Forces and 30,000 paid enforcers who intimidate and kill innocent civilians and voters according to “Voice of Confidence” based in Washington DC. But the violence does not stop with voters and innocent civilians. On October 12, 2020, the convoy of presidential challenger, Cellou Dalein Diallo, was attacked by what appears to be President Condé’s Paramilitary prompting the US Secretary of State to call Condé out by phone on October 15, 2020. The Secretary of State also spoke with Diallo to reassure him that the United States is committed to ensuring a free and democratic election and the peaceful transition of power, should he win.

According to retired US Army Colonel Rick Orth and the State Department’s web site, the Assistant Secretary of State for African Affairs is considering sanctions against Condé and his top advisors, armed forces generals and cabinet members beginning with visa revocations, followed by freezing bank accounts and indictments for Human Rights abuses.
